Beveled-rim Bowl
Beveled-rim bowls were formed by pressing clay into a mold—the fist imprint of its maker is still visible in the base of the bowl. Bowls such as this one are found by the tens of thousands at sites from the Uruk period. They may have been used to serve food to workers on large building projects.
